FraVeRa Journey emerged from the need to connect two worlds I know from personal experience — the Western European market and Polish health resorts.

Living and working in Western Europe, I see high expectations regarding quality, transparency, and service standards. At the same time, I know that Poland possesses unique natural resources, qualified medical staff, and spa infrastructure that in many aspects rivals renowned resorts in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

My goal is not selling stays. My goal is building a bridge of trust — so that a client from the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany can safely, consciously, and comfortably benefit from the potential of Polish health resorts.

In working with individual and institutional clients, understanding cultural differences, communication standards, and organizational expectations is crucial. Thanks to international work experience, I can anticipate these differences and eliminate the risk of misunderstandings.
